Camille Pissarro and Dragons
Hello, and today we are going to do something BIG, later today I will be posting the poll for
Dragon-with-a-paintbrush, so get ready to vote for 1 of the three dragons you will have the choice of.
I have done a new piece of art it was inspired by Camille Pissarro, he was a French Impressionist painter in the 1800s. He was famous for his use of lines instead of points or dots (pointillism) he could get more of a sense of direction, than could be achieved with pointillism. Enough talk about Camille Pissarro now for the art:
You can see how I used lines and only lines like Pissarro. It is a picture of three apple pickers.
I want to say thank you to my art teacher Nikki Bell, she has been helping me with most of these paintings.
Oh and one last thing tell your friends to come onto the website because you will only have 1 week to vote for the dragon, voting closes on Saturday 31st October 2020 at 12pm.
