First Self Portrait

This painting is a self-portrait of me playing a computer game and talking to my friends in lockdown. It was inspired by the artist Edward Hopper.

If you look at the top of the painting you can see that I tested the colours that I used. I highly recommend doing this. I use carbon painting in many of my paitings, like this one. It is helpful when you want to transfer a picture onto paper.
